Your use of the Proserv Network LLC web site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.

Proserv Network LLC is obligated to your satisfaction as a client, and we will do every thing in our power to make your experience with us positive.

These terms and conditions may be changed by Proserv Network LLC at its discretion; it is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site. Continuing use of our site for shopping with Proserv Network LLC will constitute agreement to such amendments.

 All products advertised on Proserv Network LLC store, are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise specified on our product pages.

All items advertised with Proserv Network LLC are in stock, unless posted otherwise. If an item is on back order you will be contacted via phone message or Email.

Typographical /data entry errors

Proserv Network LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, typographical errors involving Product Specifications, Prices or Shipping & Handling Cost. Proserv Network LLC is not responsible for errors, or misleading information in Product Specifications provided by product manufacturers.

Non-Defective terms

We will accept returns on most non-defective products returned for credit or exchange. Non-defective items which have NOT been opened or unpacked from their original packaging will be accepted for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are NON-refundable. Items opened from their original packaging may be accepted for return, however a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Defective terms

Defective items will be exchanged only. All exchanges must be transacted within 30 days of purchasing. You must e-mail us to receive an RA approval number. All shipments recieved without an RA number will be refused and sent back for security reasons. After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer as products are covered by warranty, unless otherwise covered by Proserv Network LLC *see below for details

Returning an open box

If you decide to return any item and have opened the box or have broken the manufacturer?s seal, a restocking fee will be applied unless the item is defective. See Below.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any non-defective product returned once the box has been opened. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned with missing or damaged material

This will also apply to: 1. A replacement model shipped of equal or greater value. 2. An alternative model shipped, of equal or greater value

 International orders

Proserv Network LLC ships orders to almost every country on the planet. As of this time only wire transfers, money orders in US dollars or EURO will honor immediate attention for international orders.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation of an order a full refund will be applied to you unless the product had already been shipped. If a product has been shipped we will charge you with the shipping costs And refund you fully on the product.
